Grand Opening Suite Package

Be among the very first to wake up above the water.

Bullraibyn opens its doors on 4 June 2027, and this package is designed for guests who want to be part of that first chapter. You will stay in a Harbour Suite on one of the upper floors, with floor-to-ceiling glass facing the Saltsjön channel and the evening light that lingers over the archipelago in early summer. On arrival, a dedicated suite host walks you through the resort, from the thermal circuit at Källa Spa to a backstage tour of the Byn Theatre. Your first evening begins with a welcome aperitif on the Pier Terrace, followed by a four-course dinner at Ljus, our Nordic tasting room, paired with a sommelier selection. Breakfast is served each morning in your suite or in the Glasshouse, and checkout until 14:00 is guaranteed. Every opening-season guest also receives a numbered keepsake edition of the resort's first programme, signed by our executive chef and artistic director, as a memento of the summer the village came to life.

Källa Spa & Wellness Retreat

Two days of heat, cold, stillness and genuinely deep sleep.

The Källa Spa Retreat follows the rhythm of a traditional Nordic bathing ritual, adapted for guests who want real rest rather than a checklist of treatments. Each day begins with unhurried access to the thermal circuit: a panoramic cedar sauna, a steam grotto scented with juniper, a cold plunge fed by filtered Baltic water and a heated outdoor infinity pool that stays open even after the first frost. During your stay you will enjoy a ninety-minute signature massage with warm stones gathered from the archipelago coast, a restorative facial using Scandinavian botanical skincare and a private session with one of our wellness hosts, who will help you shape a sleep and movement routine to take home. Meals are served in the Glasshouse from a lighter seasonal menu, and your room is prepared with a pillow menu, blackout drapes and a nightly herbal infusion. It is a retreat built entirely around quiet, warmth and time.

Chef's Table at Ljus

Twelve seats, one oak counter and a kitchen that talks to you.

The Chef's Table at Ljus is the most personal way to experience Bullraibyn's cooking. Twelve guests sit at a single oak counter facing the open kitchen, close enough to hear the hiss of the wood grill and the quiet instructions passed between chefs. Over roughly three and a half hours, our executive chef and the Ljus brigade serve an eight-course menu built around what arrived that morning from Swedish fishers, foragers and small farms: hand-dived scallops, lightly smoked Baltic char, aged Gotland lamb, wild herbs, and desserts that turn sea buckthorn, rye and brown butter into something unexpected. Each course is introduced by the chef who cooked it. Our head sommelier pairs the menu with wines from independent European growers, and a thoughtful non-alcoholic pairing of house ferments, teas and pressed juices is offered at the same price. Before dessert, guests are invited behind the pass and down to the cellar for a short tour and a glass of something rare.

Theatre & Entertainment Weekend

Two nights, the best seats and a stage that never quite sleeps.

Bullraibyn was conceived as much as a cultural venue as a place to stay, and this weekend brings its stages together in a single itinerary. On Friday evening you take reserved premium seats in the Byn Theatre for the resident production, a large-scale musical revue with a live twenty-piece orchestra, aerial choreography and a set that transforms the 1,200-seat hall into a moonlit harbour. Saturday begins slowly, with breakfast and a late morning on the Källa Spa thermal circuit, before an early three-course dinner at The Brass Hall. Later, the evening moves to Salong Noir, our intimate cabaret room, for a late show of jazz, dance and comedy, with a reserved velvet booth and a bottle of house champagne. Between performances, adult guests may explore the gaming salons, which are open only to visitors aged 18 and over with valid ID. You stay in a Junior Suite overlooking the water, with breakfast both mornings and checkout at 13:00 on Sunday.

Full offer terms

Eligibility. Offers are available to guests aged 18 or over. The person making the booking must be at least 18 and present valid photo identification at check-in.
Availability. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended before a booking is confirmed. Allocation for each offer is limited and some dates may sell out.
Pricing. Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and are "from" prices representing the lowest rate available during the validity period. Prices include VAT at the applicable Swedish rate. Any local tourism charges, if applicable, will be shown before booking. Payment in Swedish kronor is accepted at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of payment.
Validity. Stays and experiences must be completed within the stated validity period. Dates shown are inclusive. Blackout dates may apply during major events and will be communicated at the time of enquiry.
Minimum stay and occupancy. Where a minimum stay is stated, it applies to consecutive nights. Accommodation prices are based on two adults sharing unless otherwise stated. Additional guests may be accommodated at an extra charge where room configuration allows.
Inclusions. Only the items listed under "What is included" form part of each offer. Included elements have no cash value, cannot be exchanged and are forfeited if not used during the stay. Where an included dinner or treatment cannot be provided for operational reasons, an alternative of equal value will be offered.
Entertainment programming. Theatre and cabaret programmes are subject to change. If a scheduled performance is changed or cancelled, seats of equal standard will be offered for an alternative performance, or a fair credit will be applied to your stay.
Alcohol and adult venues. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 18 or over, in line with Swedish law and responsible service guidelines. Salong Noir and the gaming salons are restricted to adults aged 18 or over with valid photo ID. No offer includes gaming credit, chips or any other gambling incentive.
Deposits and cancellation. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Unless stated otherwise in the key terms, cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund of any deposit; cancellations within 14 days are charged one night or the full experience price. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Combination. Offers cannot be combined with one another or with any other promotion, discount or loyalty rate unless explicitly stated.
Health and safety. Spa treatments require completion of a health questionnaire. Guests who are pregnant or have medical conditions should consult their doctor before booking treatments or using the thermal circuit.
General. These offer terms supplement our Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict, these offer terms prevail for the relevant offer. Bullraibyn Resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings made in breach of these terms.
